It is anticipated that, the office will start with two staff whose roles will be similar but one has to take responsibility for running the office and supporting the other
The issue of what title they will carry is an important one as it will add status to their jobs. We are therefore seeking to recruit an Accounts Manager and a Manager or Country Manager
The Country Manager or Manager would have the following as their role.
-Have responsibility for the overall running and functioning of the company
-Would be the main contact between the company and all other entities that interacts with the company.
- Serving as the public face of the company , attending all meetings on behalf of the company and assume overall responsibility for the running of the company
- Responsible for finance and all business related activities such as chasing up and ensuring all bills are settled within the allocated /agreed time frame( 14 days)
- Maintaining a positive public image of the company
- Responsible for updating the Group CEO of the parent company Godinmartins Consulting Ltd and the local board member and board on a weekly and monthly basis with progress reports
- Coordinate weekly meetings with staff and ensure agreed objectives and miles stones are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis when there would be reviews. Have weekly telcon or concall with group CEO
- Carry out appraisal of all staff and provide support to help staff meet their goals
- Responsible for assessing and ensuring the Accounts Manager is up to speed with his/her assigned portfolio. Generating leads which the accounts manager will follow up and if needs be, follow up as well to ensure the deal is seal
- Build relationships/networks with business representative bodies, student bodies and other professional association to increase awareness of company services
-Responsible for cost control and efficient management of company assets and resources
-Together with the group CEO, develop a plan of action and strategy to expand and extend the reach of the company. Initiate positive action to grow the business and set targets on a short, medium and long term basis
- To be able to motivate staff and use their experience in creating a positive work environment
-Assist in developing company policies that comply with current legislation, liaise with all relevant government institutions and ensure company is up to date with all relevant legal obligations
-Identify and initiate new revenue streams for the company and ensure growth

Person specifications
- Should be a graduate with a mastery of both languages preferably in a business related discipline
- Must have a highly developed inter personal skills of liaising and interacting with customers and clients from front desk to board room
- Excellent communications skills, ability to coordinate meetings and produce excellent reports for the group CEO and board, able to deliver with clarity a business pitch to potential clients and making a good business case that can attract new business
- Possess an understanding of the business environment and up to date with the legal frame work and laws relating the particular sector
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and improving the bottom line, cost cutting and overall financial and business savvy
- Ability to motivate staff and lead, good team player and able to create a positive work environment
- Ability to maintain a positive corporate imagine at all time
- Willingness to work out of specified/unsocial hours and flexibility to travel nation wide and possibly abroad
